Summary: The Entrez Adaptor provides integrated access to sequences from NCBI’s Entrez sequence search and retrieval system. Likewise, the BioDAS adaptor provides integrated access to genome annotation information from multiple distant websites, based on the BioDAS initiative hosted by the Open Bioinformatics Foundation.
